Message	see what they do .. Just kidding .. I would avoid conflict to keep my car safe, if you don't think it's a joke (which I think it is, consider the lot situation) report it to security. I park 2 levels underground, there used to be 15 -20 cars down there .. I had my special spot in between 2 concrete poles, but now that people have discovered it .. there are many cars .. but still many empty spots, I park exactly like you do since I can't get my special spot as I always come late.
